Our technical team will work with you to determine your installation capacity and requirements depending on your load, usage conditions, priority appliances and budget. If required, we can arrange for a site inspection which will help you to better determine the kind of backup solution you need. This inspection can be done onsite or virtually.
After careful review of your needs and installation requirements, we prepare a quote for the project. This will contain the project pricing, payment schedule, payment method and details of products and components to be used for the entire project.
On agreement of terms, a contract is signed and payment made based on agreed schedule.
After payment, the responsibility is on us to deliver as promised. Our technical team will help you understand how the inverter works and under what conditions it should operate. A follow up will also be made to ensure you are getting the most out of your purchase.
